主要研究工作为利用第一性原理计算和实验结合的手段研究固体材料中电子结构与原子分布关系的工作。发表SCI论文18篇,其中中科院一区论文8篇,其中包括Physical Review Letters, Acta Materialia, Scripta Materialia等重要期刊。与日本东北大学、日本物质材料研究机构、香港城市大学等国外(地区)知名研究机构相继建立了科研合作关系。
